A. We offer free shipping on all orders $50.00 and up. We offer affordable shipping by shipping at a flat rate of $9.99 for all orders under $50.00. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Once order ships, estimated delivery is timeframe is 2-5 business days depending upon your location.

Q. Are your products located in the U.S?

A. Our candles are handmade and hand poured in the U.S.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We offer easy, fast and free returns. We have a 30 day Money Back Guarantee return policy from the date your order is delivered. All approved returns will receive a 100% full refund. All items are inspected prior to shipment. All returns must be unused and in the original condition. All items are eligible for returns except for final sale items. 

Q. Are your candles made with paraffin wax?

A. No, Our soy candles are made with 100% natural soy wax. Our luxury coconut wax candles are made with pure coconut and coconut oil blend.  Our wicks are made of 100% cotton. By using natural ingredients, our candles will burn cleaner and longer.

Q. What payment methods are accepted?

A. All payment methods are secured and we accept all major credits cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. We also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo, Facebook Pay, Paypal, Afterpay, Zip Pay (formerly QuadPay) and Sezzle. 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. No, Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
